Administrative Assistant


We’re looking for a motivated, commercial real estate administrative assistant to assist firm agents in their daily administrative needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the customer relationship management system (CRM), monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, and planning appointments. You will also assist with marketing needs including email campaigns, scheduling LinkedIn posts, and creating newsletters. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented and organized.

-Manage agent’s CRM to ensure client data is accurate and up to date
-Communicate with clients regarding transactions, contracts, LOIs, RFPs, leases, etc.
-Scheduling appointments and confirming property tours
-Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
-Promoting listings and assignments through LinkedIn and email marketing
-Create monthly newsletter to promote agent services and current assignments
-Assist with market research (CoStar, Site To Do Business) for business generation

-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Real estate license preferred
-Previous experience in the real estate industry
-Has knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM software
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
