Al Muratore serves as Vice President of Retail Investment at Bull Realty, specializing in retail investment sales and business brokerage. He brings more than eight years of transaction experience, with a background in advising business owners, investors, and buyers through complex acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Bull Realty, Al spent his career with Muratore & Associates, where he specialized in the sale of operating businesses, with a particular focus on liquor stores and related real estate. During his tenure, he participated in transactions ranging from approximately $1 million to $20 million and helped facilitate more than $100 million in total transaction volume, including business goodwill, commercial real estate, and inventory.
Al’s experience spans the full transaction process, including valuation and positioning, buyer qualification, negotiations, due diligence, financing coordination, and closing. His background in both business brokerage and commercial real estate gives him a practical understanding of the operational and investment considerations that drive value for owners and investors.
Al earned his B.B.A. in Marketing, cum laude, from Georgia Southern University and is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Georgia.
