The company's foundation began many years ago with Michael Bull, CCIM, CRB, e-PRO. As a successful associate Broker with a large firm selling investment properties, he and some of his associates became concerned with the philosophy of the real estate companies in the market. The larger companies seemed more concerned about their own projects and numbers, than with their client's missions. Some brokerage companies actual compete with their own clients developing, buying and leasing their own properties. Some firms work solely to produce numbers to go public, or to rent more desks to anonymous agents. Their goals merely called for more agents and more closings, without enough regard for their clients, customers, or their agents. Some of the smaller companies had compassion for their clients and agents, but provided inadequate research, support and marketing systems. Their agents were unable to provide proper marketing or adequate results. A common problem found with all the companies was the agents within these companies were all competing against each other, within the same market, usually in the same property type, rather than working together for the benefit of the client. Additionally none of the firms were adding value by proactively marketing and cooperating with agents in other firms.
