The Founder

Michael Bull, CCIM, CRB, ePro, founded Bull Realty and designed BullRealty.com. 

        Mr. Bull was born in Nashville, Tenn, and has lived in Atlanta since the age of 7. He attended local Atlanta schools including; Grady High School, Georgia State University and the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. Michael started his real estate career early.  In 1977, while attending night school, he leased and managed 350 apartment units at Midtown Rental Company. Soon afterward a commercial real estate firm recruited him to operate their property management company. Michael's hands on experience of running a company and managing, renovated and improving operations of investment properties was great experience for what was to come.

        In 1979 he sold his first apartment buildings and began to excel immediately in the brokerage field. In 1984, he earned his brokers license and joined RE/MAX of Georgia. As the director of the commercial division, his performance there was awarded with the firm's top commercial production awards at the company, state and nationwide levels. While associated with RE/MAX, Michael operated a separate office and support staff, building a very successful brokerage career selling and leasing all types of commercial properties throughout metro Atlanta.

        As his business grew his clients and agents required better marketing, more sophisticated tools, proven systems and thorough research. There was a need for a well known and reputable commercial company name to properly promote large properties. After purchasing and renovating an office building in 1997, Michael opened Bull Realty, Incorporated in January 1998. The firm started with 3 people and a dream to provide better services for commercial agents and clients than the industry had ever offered. That dream has been fullfilled. Bull Realty now has 30 full-time people and is licensed in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. Michael is the managing broker in the Atlanta office and works daily with the firms clients and brokers to add value to their real estate endeavors.

        Mr. Bull is involved with many networking and professional organizations including the Atlanta, State and National Association of Realtors, the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangers, the Intermational Council of Shopping Centers,  the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council, the ePro Network, and the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He earned the prestigious CCIM designation as well as the CRB and ePro designations to better assist the company brokers and clients.

        Michael lives in the Chastain Park area of Atlanta and enjoys spending time with his wife Travis, daughter Alexandra and son Austin Michael Bull.
