Costs

 

           The pricing is estimated prior to each assignment with rates based at approximately $200 per hour for the lead agent and $500 per hour for Michael Bull. If you or your company later buy or sell the property through Bull Realty & BullRealty.com, the previous consulting fees will be reimbursed to you at closing. Licensed Clients

           We can represent you if you are the principal, about 35% of our clients have real estater licenses. People in the business know we add value. We cannot provide consulting services if the information is for your client or customer. We are not allowed to act as a sub-agent for someone through another real estate company. We can only consult or work directly with the client. If you and your firm are not active in the area or speciality, you are invited to refer your client to Bull Realty for investment and commercial transactions and consulting. Your client gets experienced professional representation and if your client agrees, you get a referral fee. We will in turn send clients back to you to for your speciality.
