From Surface Streets:

From Downtown or Midtown on Peachtree Street:  Go north into Buckhead on Peachtree Street and turn left (headed north) on Piedmont Road. Go about two blocks, passing Buckhead Loop and look for street address 3535 on a monument sign and turn right at light for 3535 Piedmont Road. Building 14 is a high rise office building straight ahead with free parking to the left of the building. Bull Realty occupies the entire 11th floor.

From Downtown or Midtown on Piedmont Ave / Road:  Go north into Buckhead on Piedmont until you cross Peachtree Street and then pass Buckhead Loop. Before you get to Roswell Road, turn right at a light when you see street address 3535 on a monument sign for 3535 Piedmont Rd. Go straight back to high rise office building 14. There is free parking just to the left of the front entrance. Bull Realty occupies the entire 11th floor.

From Sandy Springs on Roswell Road:  Go south on Roswell Road toward Buckhead, turn left (headed south) on Piedmont Road. In about a block and half look for a monument sign on your left marked with street addres 3535, utilize left hand turn lane at this traffic signal and turn left into this particular Piedmont Center entrance. Directly in front of you straight back is a high rise office building known as Building 14. Bull Realty has the 11th floor. There is plenty of convenient free parking just to the left of the front lobby entrance.

From Interstates:

From I-75/I-85 heading north from downtown:   Merge onto I-85 North. Merge onto Ga 400 North. Exit Ga 400 at the Buckhead exit and turn left on the Buckhead Loop. Go one block and turn right (headed north) onto Piedmont Road. Look for 3street address 535 on a monument sign and turn right at light for 3535 Piedmont Road. From Georgia 400 heading south into Atlanta:   Exit Ga 400 at the Buckhead exit and turn right, headed west on the Buckhead Loop. Go one block and turn right (headed north) onto Piedmont Road. Look for street address 3535 on a monument sign and turn right at light for 3535 Piedmont Road. Building 14 is a high rise office building straight ahead with free parking to the left of the building. Bull Realty occupies the entire 11th floor. 

From I-85 heading south into Atlanta:  Look for and follow signs to GA-400 north. Exit Ga 400 at the first exit, the Buckhead exit and turn left on the Buckhead Loop. Go one block and turn right (headed north) onto Piedmont Road. Look for 3535 on a monument sign and turn right at light for 3535 Piedmont Road.
