Stephan Dickie was raised in metro Atlanta and is a St. Pius X alumnus. He graduated Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. While attending GSU, he was the president of his fraternity and worked for the financial institute, Invesco. After working in a corporate setting, he took his skills internationally and moved to Guatemala in 2016, where he lived for four years. He became fluent in Spanish, achieving his DELE diploma, the only internationally recognized certificate for non-native Spanish Speakers. After completion, he became an advocate in improving the economic conditions in Guatemala. He partnered with international investors and founded his own language school, which has helped thousands of language learners worldwide. He has exclusive agreements with Habitat for Humanity, Selina hostel, Stoller and various other companies. He truly feels that being multilingual is a great skill in today’s market and provides him with a competitive edge. He believes with discipline, hard work and with perseverance anything is possible.

In 2020, he returned to the United States with his newly acquired skills and experiences. Upon his return, Stephan became an active investor in metro Atlanta and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. This is where he found his passion for commercial real estate. Stephan is committed to ensuring that his clients are well looked after and achieve the highest return on investment.

Stephan works on a team with Andy Lundsberg and Michael Wess. The team holds many pricing records in and around Atlanta, including highest price per acre, highest price per unit, and highest price per square foot for various product types and categories. The team also prides itself in its ability to close transactions that have proved complicated during previous selling attempts.

When Stephan has down time, he enjoys completing marathons, playing golf, skiing, hiking, and reading.
