Judith Bennett’s practice is focused on assisting clients in the acquisition and sales of self-storage facilities in the southeast U.S. As Senior Vice President with the National Self Storage Group, Judith leverages her strong ties to the Atlanta community and expert knowledge of the market in representing owners, users and investors. Judith also enjoys utilizing Bull Realty’s powerful marketing platform to provide clients the best disposition services in the nation.
Prior to joining the National Self Storage Group at Bull Realty, Judith served with distinction at Robin Rose & Associates, LLC and most recently Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Some notable closings include a lender owned 7,000+ SF single tenant retail building in Bibb County GA . In 2009, a quick sale and closing resulted from the intense market study and subsequent aggressive pricing. Judith has in depth experience in the Commercial Real Estate market having represented both Landlords and Tenants and, having conducted transactions in the retail, office and industrial markets.
The South Bronx native graduated from Columbia University. She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, a Candidate member of the GA Chapter of CCIM, a member of both ICSC and the Georgia Self Storage Association.
The new grandmother is an art lover and keen on cuisine. When not helping clients, Judith is likely to be found traveling, singing in the choir at Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral, attending the Atlanta Symphony and High Museum (where she is a member) or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen.
