Experience |
| Jim Adkins has over 20 years of experience in managing and leasing retail properties including malls, transportation hubs, street locations and lifestyle centers. Many are located in the southeastern U.S.A., including Atlantic Station and Lenox Square in Atlanta. In the last 14 years he has leased over 1.5 million square feet of space. He has strong relationships with national, regional and local retailers. Jim is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers with a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation, a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia. |
