Ernie M. Eden, originally from Dallas, Texas, has lived in Georgia since 1980.
He holds the prestigious S.E.C. designation, awarded by the Society of Exchange Counselors, and the CCIM designation, awarded by the CCIM Institute of the National Association of REALTORS.
Licensed in Georgia since 1982, he is current President of the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors, and is also a member of the National Council of Exchangors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, the Georgia Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
Ernie lives with his wife, Liz Frazer, in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta, where they raised their two grown children. He is an alternative energy enthusiast, a baker, a gardener, an avid contra dancer, a former youth soccer coach, and has been involved for many years in affordable housing.

Ernie has been involved in real estate for more than 35 years. Formerly managing broker of his own commercial firm, he has owned, developed, managed, financed, and/or brokered many kinds of commercial real estate, including multifamily communities and income properties of all types. He has been involved in more than 100 multifamily transactions. In recent years he has specialized in apartments and in apartment development land.
At one time Ernie worked for Freddie Mac’s Multifamily Division, and he has served as a consultant to John Hancock Real Estate Finance, SouthTrust Bank, NCB Development Corporation, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, and numerous other clients.
