Paul’s experience in the medical field and Healthcare Real Estate continues to benefit his clients. From medical office building investments to large office leases, his experience, knowledge, and contacts will add value to your real estate endeavors. Paul entered the medical field as an Area Manager for MRI & Imaging of GA where he developed, managed, and marketed twenty five outpatient diagnostic imaging centers and built relationships with 1,500+ Atlanta area physicians, healthcare systems, and private practices. These relationships continue to add value to his clients. As the Chief Operating Officer of AppleCare Urgent Care, Paul developed urgent care centers and walk-in medical clinics where he revamped operations and increased patient loads to record levels.
Since 2008, Paul has closed well over $100,000,000.00 worth of medical properties, clearly establishing himself as an authority and go-to guy in healthcare real estate for appraisers, developers, physicians, and building owners. Paul participates in all of the National Healthcare Real Estate Conferences including Interface Chicago, Dallas, & Atlanta and BOMA Philadelphia.
Prior to commercial real estate Paul held multiple securities licenses (Series 7, 63, & 65) in his role as a Prudential Securities Financial Advisor where he specialized in wealth accumulation for individuals and implemented retirement plans for large corporations.
